Hello and welcome. There is a reason that I named my web page The Average Girl. I used to be an average teenager, now I am just an average individual. Now a days people stereotype the young group as wild kids who get into trouble and go out illegally to parties every Friday and Saturday night. They think teenagers are experiencing the real life. That teenagers are experiencing the real thing. Well I am here to infom you that NOT all "that way". Not all teenagers are "popular", getting their liscence when they are sixteen, experiencing drugs for the first time, having boy/girl relationships (and breaking up), having sex, and partying on the weekends. I am proud to say that I do not have any of those caharacteristics and experienced those things. For those who haven't experienced those things some of them feel left out, and they shouldn't feel that way.
For you younger people, you want to know what a teenager is? A teenager is one who is having fun. But not the fun that leads you down the wrong road. A teenager should be going to the movies with friends, not "playing" every person they meet. Whatever happened to sleepovers, going bowling, going shopping (not every single weekend like some do), having get togethers with food and music and games? I mean yeah it is normal to be little rebel every now and then. It's always good to have a good laugh, and we do learn from our own mistakes. What about going outside, laying on the ground, and looking at the stars. People would be surprised to what is out there. Most of my friends, and I consider that fun. We are not the ones letting our life go by and doing the same things over and over again. The young group thinks that highschool is life. That this is the highest point in your life where the most drama is going to happen. Well you know what, Highschool is nothing but drama and they are years that are easily forgotten. Believe me, in ten years no is going to care who the most popular, most athletic, most beautiful people are. Youth is such a great thing that you will never be able to experience again, so don't waste life on petty things that won't have an impact on you for the rest of your life. And believe me, there are worse things than highschool. In college we are supposed to find who we are and what we want to do in our lives. And yes, that is one of the difficult things. Cause after college, that's it, we are on our owns, we are adults at that age. So every choice matters in life, whether we are young or old. Who do you want to be?
Well that was my intro. Please visit my other pages, there are some nice things if you know what I mean. There are some really cool things and I hope you do enjoy. Please feel free to e-mail me with any comments (please be nice).
